Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 to 16 years of B2B experience, preferably in Enterprise IT, SaaS, product etc.
- Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Experience in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Well-established contacts within the market and the ability to create new relationships.
Job Objective:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales leader/ AVP - India who can align with our strategic plans and be an enabler of hyper. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of sales experience with a background in enterprise IT sales. They should be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and the ability to create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a CAN DO attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Excited to travel, meet people, and build lifelong relationships.
