Job Description
- Orchestration and execution of a $10 Million+ annual Net New Business Sales Target from India working for global markets
- Hire, train, evaluate, and promote the continuous development of Sales teams
- Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan formulation
- Engage interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure successful workflow process and support
- Act as a senior resource to Sales Executive team to include meeting with prospective, existing, and former clients to assist with the sales process when needed
- Promote solution-selling, and value add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish “business partner” relationships in customer’s C-Suite
- Manage sales tracking, attainment of sales goals, and reporting of sales goals and results
- Promote an entrepreneur, hunting sales environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition
Requirements:
- 13 + years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience including specific leadership responsibilities
- Deep understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers
- Background in developing and successfully managing sales organization strategy resulting in enhanced market penetration and increase market share
- Experience building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with an annual TCV of at least $10M-$50M
- Exposure to selling multiple services offerings from Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Customer Experience, Managed Services, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
- Deep experience selling Digital, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud marketplace solutions
- Demonstrate a history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals focused on demonstrating value-add solutions across customer’s enterprise
