Job Description
I am looking for a talented & competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to expand our International business, who will be working out of ACI’s Hyd office covering US Pacific region 7:30 PM– 4:30 AM IST.
What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day generating interest and handing off to me – Murali for qualifying and progressing into the sales cycle.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound research based calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up assigned
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing meetings secured / qualified opportunities to me – Murali Pasupathi for further development and closure
- achieve weekly, Monthly & quarterly quotas assigned
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- B.com/BA degree or equivalent
